This building is the worst place you can live, the pool has been closed for almost a year, the security is very bad, packages are stolen, the air conditioning doesn't work and the people in the office are all unpleasant and mainly a certain Vanesa really doesn't I recommend it not even to the worst enemy

The building is a disaster, no one answers the tenants by phone, they constantly change maintenance personnel, for almost a year it has had only one elevator working, stench throughout the building coming from the garbage hole, neighbors with a garbage disposal. Broken food for months, dishwasher, broken for months, air conditioners, the keys to the pool are given to the tenant who lives closest to said pool and when you least imagine it, it is closed, no one supervises the work they come to do, in general last place to rent

Have not had a working washer since we moved in July 2, 2021. Almost a whole month with no resolution. Went to the Corporate Office to complain last week and was promised that day it would be ordered. I call and leave messages and to no avail. AC in common areas, hallways are still not operational. Only 1 working elevator in the whole building. Come on guys get it together. Thank you!

I have been living in the building for almost 9 years, at first everything was very clean, very good maintenance, now they don't even pick up the phone to solve the problems, they have an app that only works to COLLECT the rent, since supposedly through there you can They process all the problems you have in your apartment, years passed and the responsible staff that existed left and now the maintenance is a disaster, I don't know if due to lack of knowledge or because they are simply not interested in keeping the tenants

The organization of this building is horrible. They DONT open the pool at the right time. Instead of their staff have the keys to open it they give it to random person that lives in the building for them to open it which they never do. The staff is rude and never get things done. Please if you are reading this just be careful because this place is garbage. I’m looking forward to move out once my contract expires.
