Staff is very unprofessional, inqualified, unfriendly. No support fir condo owners

Giving them a star is a gift to their very rude and short tempered costumer service. I have done all I can to be empathetic and kind, how ever every time im greeted wether through he phone or personally I am attacked and basically told that I am not welcomed. An association is made and constructed to Facilitate and help the tenants and owners of this Condominium, how ever they make it their job to make sure they don't have any help or no updates on resolving issues needed in a timely manner.
I called to know the update of an application that was put in 16 days ago, and the response from a lady called Diana, was "it hasn't been 30 days yet". the application process takes up to 30 days that I know, but her response basically told me they haven't even started looking at the application, and even worse they most likely wont look at it until the 30 days.
This is unacceptable, the whole reason why a condominium association is built is to make sure they can facilitate and contribute to making the process of living there as adequate and low stress as possible.
If the condominium association took the time to really listen to all of their tenants issues they might not have to spent most of their time fighting them. Which is exactly the opposite job of an association.
I hope they can receive this message as a come to Jesus moment, and really listen, so as to be able to do good work for the people leaving in this community.
If this is not possible, I believe new leadership and help needs to be found for this community.
Hopefully someone out there might be able to do something about it.

WORSE PLACE EVER!!! The management really sucks... there’s an old bitter lady who makes it her mission to make people life miserable... all tenants hate her! it’s like living in a prison there!!! they control your every move... you can’t even bring a pick up truck inside. If you have no where else  to go, you will better of living under the bridge... at least you’ll have your freedom... don’t even think about it. I lived there for two years... let me tell you... two worst years of my life! Nothing ever get fix here... I mean  in years; Inverwood condominium is hell sweet hell yall. If you don’t believe me go waste two years of your life that you will never get back. I should have take my family and go live under a bridge.
