Golfview Apartments

I have for the last 3 Days  not AC ,not emergency call maintenance,I Came to the office,to explain,the person in charge,at the time,told , 2hours ago ,nobody came to my apartment,to check 3 days not AC,She told me a new AC ,warranty the company wanna coming in 2 Days,very bad Service,I Living here  last 5 years,unprofessional

I’ve lived here for years and always paid my rent on time. This year I decided to move out and my lease is terminating September 30th. Before my lease even expired Evelyn who is the worst human being I have ever met, she is so incredibly rude, and very unprofessional, she sends me an email with threats stating she will send my file to an attorney and I will incur attorney fees for not signing a vacate form. I specifically told her I didn’t have a printer and will sign it the day of inspection. She replied and said she will send the file to attorney anyway. Unbelievable. I am paid up until September 30th and for her to threaten me that way is absolutely ridiculous.

If you're a senior or a son or daughter of a senior & looking for that special place to call home....you don't need to look anywhere else. Golfview Gardens is the absolute best! Evelyn & Tiara...who work in the front office are awesome! Very professional, respectful, & friendly & go that extra mile to help you in any way they can, & they make you feel like part of their family. 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼

it is absolutely true what they say about this woman in the office. She is going to end up getting this place and so much legal trouble. It is unbelievable just wait for it!!!! I agree with everything I am reading about her. not to mention the poor management that is above her not even have a clue, or care or or-dealing with it. There are many residents 75+ years old living in Golfview apartments in Sunrise for approximately 3 months or more without air conditioning during a heat advisory. This is appalling how the elderly are being disregarded. Many are low income & unable to help themselves.

The manager for the property is the absolute worst, I was doing some research to see exactly how I can report her to someone that’s above her. They need to replace her ASAP! It’s crazy how she’s stalking my family for how many times we visit our grandmother, or even stay a few nights but not surprising she’s not doing enough work to get everyone’s apartment in check. It’s sad that she’s more concerned about my family visiting my grandmother than senior citizens having mold in their apartment. She’s a disgrace, she needs to be removed from management period.

I went to apply for housing, when I passed by I found something very dirty, all disgusting smell of garbage and what's more, the manager was a poorly educated, rude and haughty person...

Been here 2 years still waiting on my glass patio door to be repaired can't spend any time on the patio rear doors don't work with fab for entry to building for 6 mouths front door stays open 24 7 enyone can just walk in

The front office lady is rude and not helpful, vindictive as well, they just send maintenance to look at things but do nothing to fix an issue like a person capable of fixing the issue, old management was much better, on top of things.
