Cirq 5100

I’m so disappointed that I have to write this review but it’s unfortunate. My neighbors smoke nasty cigarettes inside their apartments and it travels all in mine. I can’t even enjoy my balcony because of stinky cigarettes. Sleeping at night is the worst for me because I have to deal with cigarette smell and ac rusty old smell. AC air quality is bad. I keep waking up stuffy and lips acting up. Maintenance came and put the ac on 68, did nothing else. Can y’all at least do an air quality check. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt despite the reviews but now I don’t know.

As a resident living here under a year my only frustration at this present time is accessing the gym. I chose this community because of the 24 hour gym advertised on their site. The gym was shut down for quite some time upon me moving in. As of recent the gym is open M-F 9 to 6 and Sat 10 to 6. This is not ideal for working professionals. I'm really disappointed I have to purchase a gym membership in addition to living here. This will be the main reason I don't renew my lease next year. I prefer to pay a pretty penny for a community with a 24 hour fitness or atleast a fitness center that can be accessed late evenings. Like many residents I have met this is a big problem for those who want to make their health a priority this year.

The Manager Lara is absolutely amazing and her staff is exceptional they all go above and beyond.

i don’t typically write reviews but i am writing this review because i’ve lived here for 3 months and my washer has been broken for 2 out of the 3 months i’ve lived here. i’ve put multiple maintenance requests, left multiple emails, called multiple times, visited the office multiple times and no one is EVER available. i’ve had to waste my time and $ to go to the laundry mat to wash my clothes due to this inconvenience. i could have moved to a super cheap place if i knew this was gonna happen. my shower has also been clogged and no one has come to fix so i can’t even shower in my own apartment. And not the mention all 3 of the months tbat i have lived here, the gate has been broken.

Lara was absolutely incredible and helped me get into my apartment smoothly. She's so kind and helpful!! This is a beautiful community!!

Cirq has horrible communication. From the office to maintenance. I’ve put in for Mold complaints and no response. My washer and dryer have not been working for over a week.  The maintenance guys don’t speak English, and only respond good morning and I’m busy. The gate is never properly working and as a resident my key card doesn’t work at our gym.   I was told it can’t be registered and to try to catch it while others are there.

THIS IS FOR CIRQ5100 IDC IF YOU CANT FIND ME IN A DATA BASE YALL SEE I PUT LARA NAME! …………….. I’m just really shock how moldy these apartments are! And management doesn’t do anything Lara I don’t know how  she is manager when she’s doesn’t do anything or even care at all she care about is her reviews because she sees the reviews are 3 which is horrible you will get good reviews when you actually care and start making a change in the community

Beware of this long review: Do yourself a favor and don't move into this apartment complex. Yes it is cute online but don't let that fool you. I will say every negative review you see on here about this place is absolutely true. Don't believe the positive reviews because they only pop up when their rating is below a 3. Dont believe management when they respond to a review saying the person doesn't live there. Who has time to make up negative reviews with photo proof? This place has been nothing but hell since moving in. There is mold in the apartments and you can see where there are cracks in the roofline. . . Meaning there is mold throughout every single apartment. Oh don't forget the water marks on the ceiling from a leaky roof. How about the trees growing from the gutters on the roof? But back to the mold, there was mold in the bathroom under the grout and ledge in the bathroom shower. When we put a work order in to have it fixed they just disregarded it for months. Then when they finally sent someone in to fix it he said "Management sent me here to paint over tile". Now how does that fix anything? The mold is so bad in the bathroom that when you run the tub faucet for too long black specks shoot out. Isn't that lovely? When Maintenance comes to your apartment they barely knock and don't announce themselves. So let's hope you're not in there naked.
If you care about safety well don't worry because according to property manager Lara "Safety has no home address". So when multiple cars and apartments are being broken into it doesn't matter to her. When asked about this she lies and says that doesn't happen. Also the gate doesn't work half the time because people ram into the gates. Which is even better when a police chase ends up in the apartment complex with helicopters at 3 am. If the gates were closed and working most of this wouldn't have happened. But don't worry cause "Safety has no home address"
Now onto the lovely gym where half of the equipment doesn't work and it always smells like weed and piss. Want to use the weights? Let's hope you like an incomplete set. Cause guess what? Those have been stolen buy whoever. Want to watch TV while working out? Well too damn bad there's not a remote in sight because they have all been stolen as well. If you want to change the volume or channel you have to go to office. Need to refill water bottle after a long workout? I wouldn't recommend that considering the light filter is red and probably hasn't been changed since this place opened. Also don't worry anybody and everybody can use the pool and gym if they don't live there. As long as they tug on the doors hard enough. Plus I don't know when's the last time they've cleaned the pool. Gross.
A last few key points. The trash at the compactor is always overflowing and looks a mess. On top of that the trash guys never pick up trash on the days they say they will. If your neighbor is dirty best believe their roaches and ants are going to make themselves comfortable in the air vents into your apartments. DON'T park under the trees because whatever  is falling from the trees will RUIN your car paint. If you need to call the office don't be surprised if they don't pick up just head up there in person.
If this is all you have left as in choices. Go ahead. Yes it is a cute place online but man it has so many flaws. Good luck with your search and be wary of CIRQ 5100 and the management.
