Honestly, I don't recommend them at all, a terrible place to live, the security team makes you feel like you live in a maximum security prison, you can't do anything because they want to put stickers on everything, in order to issue fines. I wouldn't want to overlook that they never answer the phone. You can't receive visitors because whoever pays 25 for a permanent pass, which the bar doesn't read clearly and makes it difficult for you to enter, forcing you to add to the visitor's car insurance. On several occasions they did not want to let her in for the simple fact of driving my car, something absurd since it had a sticker, Not to mention the office, terrible service, they do what they want in their own way and with a terrible treatment, to do something so simple you can spend months, the security spends all day driving around in the carts without doing anything, instead of feeling safe they harass us daily, what could be a safe and pleasant place is It makes you feel like a prison,...... etc, Honestly terrible service from all the workers, they make their tenants feel super bad, I give one star because I can't give any, (excellent neighbors)

If you have kids who enjoy playing outside. Don’t move there! Security harasses the kids for literally just playing outside. I didn’t even have little kids and I witnessed them bothering kids playing football in the field or riding bikes. Security and the office always say “call jefferey” the head of the top flight security crew, however he never answers and when he does he sounds sleep or like he’s hanging out! I noticed the security team constantly changes like a call center probably due to them being a  lousy and tacky security company. If you move here or thinking about it.. drive around there at night or on the weekend so you can get a real Dose of what your getting into they worry about everything besides telling the tenants to fix their raggedy blinds

Security here thinks they work for the FBI or the CIA. Nasty attitudes and unprofessional by telling tenants to come to the gate to let us in.

The office doesnt care about anything.They are crooked ppl in there like something just isnt right. They hire anybody for security, they are disrespectful and like to harrass people especially children. Kids cant be kids outside. They like to write violations for any reason and charge you fees. If u own or rent a property you have to follow rules like a child or in jail. The gates are always messed up. The sticker machine can be messed up and they tell u its ur sticker and charge u $25 to replace it when Jeff head security tells u a different price depending on the situation. He never picks up his phone even though the office and the security tell u for any problems call Jeff. Half of the staff live in the community and dont do anything.  The maintenance ppl get paid to park their carts to talk and be on their phones. They have cameras but always tell u the cameras didnt catch it. Anybody can just come in the community. My daughter was beat up by someone who just walked in the community, by the pool where the cameras were and the skinny spanish security with short hair the next day smiled about it. The list goes on. If u plan on renting stay for 1 year or 2 other than that its not worth it.

It feels like a prison you can’t do anything ride bikes skating the kids can’t come out you can’t park there over night without them adding a sticker sometimes they add a sticker on your car in the morning neighbors are cool but if u don’t like be treated like a child then please don’t move here

Security Staff is very unprofessional. I was racially profiled by the thin female gate attendant covered with facial piercings. I asked for her name and she responded “none of your  business”. Unless you’re Hispanic , they give you a hard time. Zero people skills and aggressive attitudes. Language barrier causes a little bit of confusion but their patience’s run out when ask to clarify. When asked for clarification I was told, “I’ll get you”. Still unsure of that statement. Lead supervisor doesn’t care what the staff does and lacks IPS skills.  Major improvement needed
