La Placida Condominiums

Been living here for 2 years and everything was fine until a month also when my sink was clogged and rooms were flooded. Landlord sent a plumber who said the pipe that broke has to be fixed by the association due to it being outside. Association has sent 3 plumbers for estimates and are denying all of there estimates because it’s too much. In the mean time I can’t use my sink and the floors of the guest room got ruined there for that room can’t be used. Lately the grass is not being cut as often as before so the place looks dirty. The new association suck and do not care, mind you the monthly association fee is almost $500 a month but grounds are not kept and they don’t care about no one but to collect there monthly fees.

Manny's bakery is very good. Their peruvian empanadas topped with confetionate sugar and lime are the best.
