Labre Place Apartments

Hello somebody!!, this place is messed up! At first, everything seemed cool, but it was all a lie. Since July, we've only had one working elevator, and the other one breaks down all the time. And someone loves to pull the fire alarm at like 2:30 or 3 in the morning. Plus, the management is never around. They even raised the rent without warning, which is illegal in Florida. And there's a neighbor who's been out of their apartment for almost three months, and the manager had the nerve to say they're not a priority. But they still expect them to pay rent every month. If they don't fix this place up, I'm going to go to every news station that will listen and expose them. They need to fix these problems ASAP!

I lived in the building for 7 years and it was very nice back then. Now it is dirt everywhere, and progressive deterioration due to lack of resources. How is it possible for the progressive increase in rent without prior notice and there to be no resources to repair it? In short, the building is falling apart due to lack of maintenance. There is no good administration, nor discipline on the part of the tenants, the smell of marijuana everywhere and dirt. This building in its beginnings was a very nice and economical building. Today is filth, it only has one elevator that has been working for three or four months and the one that works every 15 days breaks down.
Furthermore, the rent has been increasing without prior notice and the deterioration is increasing every day. The walls are dirty, the doors are dirty, the stairs are very dirty. In other words, it is not recommended.
