Villa Rustica I Condo

There's no number so I can't call the office. The pool has been under construction forever so where some of that Hoa fee is going, I don't know.

I have been living here for 3 years, there have been 3 different administrations and every day the condominium deteriorates more. The door to the gatehouse is constantly broken, the pool is broken one year, the hallways and stairs are dirty. I complain to them and the next day they send the maintenance man with a dirty map and what he does is remove more dirt. The administration questions the claims we make. A point in favor was the organization of the parking and that point was already fixed. Very dissatisfied in this private condominium.

I have lived in this place for a few months and I am very upset. The pool has a sign from November 2022 (almost a year ago) announcing that it is disabled. The jacuzzi cannot be used either. And now they impose a new parking system, (which until now worked well), and you have to pay triple what you already paid (which is already paid for a year). The parking was fine, I don't understand the need to change it. What they should do is deal with what doesn't work and not invent more. I'm already thinking about moving out of here!!!! They should change the name and call it Villa Desgracia
