Horrible, dirty, racist , and I’m not black but Hispanic and Kim Gue is an absolute racist. Maintenance does not follow up with repair tickets. Mold is inside of the unit because maintenance failed to repair the AC. And the moisture inside of the walls. This is an a place that you would want to move that. This is a place that you would want to move to this is a place you would want to  throw red tomatoes at. This place is a bad joke. Very manipulative staff . They Continuously evade tenants when repairs need to be done . Grounds are not kept clean . Parking is horrible . They sneaking parking restrictions mid lease. Whenever you bring up a maintenance issue, the staff becomes retaliatory against you. The manager, Kim is everything that every other negative review says about her. She is extremely judgmental, she is extremely manipulative, she is emotional and racist.. Property Manager Kim Gutierrez offered me a renewal and I signed . Valentina Plata Trujillo ( assistant office manager ) counter signed and everything is good . When I brought it to her attention about my things with mold in it she then brought up that I needed to sign another paper and attempted to use that as leverage /and refused me to sign said paper . Kim and the staff in a whole are aggressive and retaliatory .That's not how it goes, the lease was signed by both parties
. Due to their negligence of not repairing the AC when they should have and me constantly bringing this to their  attention she chose to breach my 12 Month renewal that we both signed on and is claiming I was month-to-month. Take my advice, and you will thank  me later... There are many properties in the area with much more sight full amenities. Less Emotional landlords and who are possibly less manipulative. This Property is ran by a modern day slumlord. Because the grounds are not kept properly, because maintenance are not thorough in addressing problems, because the rental manager, and those who fall under her are absolutely deceptive. Because the maintenance man, Jose /Jesus doesn't address his duties and lies to cover himself . Those reasons solidifies why no one should take on the headache with moving here.

I actually have enjoyed living here my major concern is that I pay for my car port and my car got hit and it was brushed off when I brought it to management attention however no major damage but it’s visible. NOW THE PARKING ISSUE AND THE FACT THAT I HAVE ISSUES WITH MY NECK AND  HAD 2 SCREWS PUT INTO MY SHOULDER HAVING AN UPCOMING PROCEDURE AGAIN ON MY NECK AND SHOULDER TO RELIEVE THE PRESSURE SO I CAN BE ABLE TO TURN AND SEE TO THE RIGHT OF ME IF I HAVE TO REVERSE INSECURITIES OF USING MY MIRROR OR CAMERA ON THE CAR. I ASK  TO BACK IN  BUT CANT ALLOW I DO IT FOR YOU I HAVE TO DO IT FOR EVERYONE ELSE. BUT MINE IS MEDICAL AND I CANT BE EXEMPT BUT SOMEONE ELSE LIES AND GETS A PASS. OK  NO PROBLEM.
