The staff is horrible very inconsiderate no help do not move here if your looking for somewhere to move please go elsewhere the waiting process is forever they don’t care they don’t help you waste of your time the lady in the office doesn’t care she is rude brushes u off i would never deal with this

Put your track shoes on and run by this place do not stop ! Bad mold… Bad mildew… Crime and incompetent, manipulative manager, and assistant manager.
I tried my best not to leave a review. But after being disappointed so much I had no choice. Property management just like all the other reviews have said years and years back it’s horrible. There’s mold and mildew throughout these properties. The AC leaks, the maintenance does not take care of the problems Property Manager, they ignore it and they blame you. They’re incompetent, and at the bottom of totem pole when it comes to intelligence and taking care of the problems for the tenants. There’s home burglaries here. There’s crime break Leaving poop everywhere From peoples pets. parking is ridiculous $70 per car and you do not get a designating parking spot. Also the on-call service Tozier car without warning. The rental manager is aggressive and the assistant managers aggressive also. They are not the face of what Lakepoint should represent. In the last picture is the type of blinds that are in the place. I’m making an appointment to point this out. It might be a hollow point but it’s still a point. Like everybody else has said for years and years they need a new property manager and assistant property manager. do not move here. You will appreciate this advice later.

Beautiful property and very nice staff! Will definitely be applying once my lease is up.
