Seville Apartments

The building had an electrical fire and no one can get in contact with any of the management or maintenance as the firefighters are requesting.

Beautiful apartment and location however the staff and management make this a less than pleasant experience. Very unprofessional and unhelpful staff, very unorganized, and they have no regard for the tenants that keep them in business.

I rented from this apartment building and the managers Tara & Darrell were the WORST and most unprofessional people to rent from. They wanted my wife and I to leave early because they were mad that we complained about the water damage and molding in the apartment that was unsafe for our 3 year old. Also the apartment buildings/rooms are all filled with roaches and rats, several neighbors have shared similar experiences with me. I am NEVER renting from Tara & Darrell ever again and would NEVER recommend anybody to live here.

Worst experience at this rental. Tara and Darrell are very unprofessional managers and do not know how to do their jobs correctly.

This building is great and its always clean. In ref to the review above, Yes the elevator was out but it was out of managements control. Every time we call for maintenance the office sends out one of their personnel. Highly recommend this building.

One good thing about this apartment is this apartment is three to five minutes away from the beach depend on traffic  .Other than that this is the worse apartment to live in. pricy which is understandable but You have to beg , babysit the person in charge with a lot of messages before they could clean the alleys that are always dirty  ,fix the elevator that never work for month and months and when they ended up fixing it by the next day it’s already messed up . Hard to carry your groceries , your small children specially when you are on the third floor. They have an app to request maintenance it is like nothing .
Remember this information,do your own research ,ask a lot of question before signing a lease with Seville Team
