No place to park.

The worst association treats the tenants poorly and not to mention the horrible situation with the parking spaces, the ladies who work there are despots without any type of education, it is clear that they are of a very low level, do not rent or buy here.

I am new to the condominium, I really liked everything, it is quiet and beautiful and quite central, I only have one complaint: the pool is always closed where I pay for that too and it is not fair that it is closed in the summer. Ask a neighbor, she says it had been closed for 6 months due to a break. I hope with the changes they have in their association they are working on that problem. The garbage is also saturated, they should always pick it up more often. But the truth is the rest is nice and clean.

We have a new board and Property Management. It's a nice and quiet place to live. I enjoy living there since it's near to lots of places. I travel to Broward so the highway is close.

Horrible neighborhood, the kids here are so anoyying and they constantly bang on your doors. They are all horrible and the parking is horrible, you have your own parking space reserved but then you have to park all the way to the end just to find one available area.
