They do everything in their power to get rid of moped or motorcycle when that’s the only transportation people have and they’re incredibly rude in the office and not just that but they turned the water off without saying anything. They also haven’t cleaned the pool in more than a year and they focus on stupid shit instead of the things they should really be focusing on.

The management here is horrible, I couldn’t throw a piece of trash away in a TRASH can that’s in the laundry room without them letting me know next time I’ll get “ fined “. They’re beyond petty and bored. Neighbors especially the elders have nothing better to do but post videos caught off their ring camera catching the dumbest things EVER in a group chat, cannot do anything without somebody gossiping. Buildings are old and UNSAFE, why are the railings that are supposed to prevent you from falling wiggling?  I’m surprised no one has tried to sue before they “ fixed “ the problem, same situation with the balcony’s and the fake paper they have in the elevators ( if they’re even there anymore ) stating you cannot be on your OWN balcony by Miami Dade County, you can tell that paper was clearly photoshopped. Don’t get me started on the rent this isn’t no Miami Shores.

This condominium is a disaster, it has no parking to receive visitors, very poor communication with the administration, the office is closed all the time. Marijuana abounds in every hallway, the pool doesn't work, the buildings are collapsing, most of them have yellow ribbons. The entrance doors operate two days a month and the rest of the time anyone can enter. Very disappointed in this place, many demands when making the contract and very few benefits from living here.  I don't recommend it for anyone.

I highly recommend anyone interested in this condo to reconsider their options. The worst you can expect is this place. Terrible administration, lack of communication. There is no parking, the buildings are falling apart. There is no security, the entrance doors work two days a month, the rest of the time they are open at will. The pool does not work. Well, I could spend a whole day describing negative aspects, but I wouldn't find a single positive one. I hope to leave this place soon.

This community is straight up one of the most awful places I have ever lived at. The buildings themselves look like trash, and the association consists of a group of miserable elderly bigots, who just spend their time making other peoples lives difficult. DO NOT LIVE HERE! It is not worth it.

They do not have a washing machine or dryer in the apartments and if you connect it, foam comes out of the kitchen and bathroom. The laundry room is always busy. The parking lot floods up to the knee. I do not recommend it.

I loved all its tranquility, its silence, everything is beautiful and cared for, it is beautiful
