Is a beautiful property

Violate the rights and freedoms of teenagers, prohibiting my 13-year-old child from visiting the gym and public places, taking pictures and speculating on charges for cleaning. You make up your own internal rules for yourself; this should not apply to my child's freedom of movement around the building. One of the principles for choosing this housing was public spaces in which children can spend time! Today the rules have changed and children are not allowed to be in public places without being accompanied by their parents. If a child makes a mess, clean it up, and you get good money for renting apartments. In general, it is absolutely not friendly to children. I think that running after a child with a camera is a cheap act.

My husband and I has 15yrs living in this building  and we couldn’t be happier. The location is perfect and the amenities are great specially the gym and the pool. The staff is always friendly and responsive. The new look of the building is looking great! The new paint and new carpet is very nice feels welcoming and clean. I love the  new technology with the OnCall parking and the Swiftlane App. Whats really set this place apart is the staff. The management team is incredibly responsive and always willing to help with any issues or complaints. The property manager Lisette always has a smile in her face as well as Francesca and Agnes, their office is always open and that is welcoming. Allan from the concierge is always nice and greeting tenants every morning, Lindon from maintenance is always ready to help… The pool party last Saturday August 24th was Superb!!! The whole Pegasus Staff was there on their day off cooking under the rain for us !!!! That was outstanding!!! Keep doing what you doing Pegasus you guys are Amazing !!!

The whole complex is an absolute dump. They take no care in anything they do for these buildings. I live in Marina Del Viento. They do nothing for us. Pegasus Management is the worst management company I’ve even been witness to. They are horrible people led by the hapless Lisette Cotto. She speaks to people like they are beneath her and treats everyone horribly. The worst management for a so called luxury building. Awful. Save yourselves and do not ever move in to any of these horribly managed buildings. The owners are also disgusting people that could care less about any of the residents.

THE WORST, RUDE AND  INCONSIDERATE MANAGEMENT EVER !!!!!!!

The management at Pegasus seems to disregard the welfare of their residents, diminishing the quality of life in what was once a commendable building. They consistently neglect basic amenities; the pools remain uncleaned, and the windows gather dust and grime, clouding our view and our spirits. Their actions, or lack thereof, were especially evident during the hurricane. Power outages are understandable during such events, but their deliberate decision to not restore electricity for nearly two days was more than an oversight. It felt like a power play, a petty demonstration of control, resulting in the spoilage of our food and discomfort of many.
Additionally, the parking situation is far from what was promised. The garage, supposedly secure as per our contracts, remains unguarded and open, a stark deviation from the secure parking we pay for. This disregard for our contracted terms and basic living standards reflects a management that prioritizes control over resident satisfaction and safety.

I would like to a knowledge two service team  employees of Las Marinas, who are always very helpful and go beyond the call of duty to get the job done, Lyndon Silvera and Allan Castro. They always have a positive attitude and the right disposition to assist in any way they can.

Very disappointed ☹️

HORRIBLE ! Lack of everything
