It’s a great building, close to the best places in miami

Vecinos chismosos. Specially this one lady that is always walking around getting in people's businesses. People don't wear masks. Lately i have seen a few roaches which is not good! Looking to leave soon.

People do not respect the mask policy, there is 1 neighbor a lady that feels that she is a parking cop and likes to be on everybody's business. The gate door lately has not been working properly, you literally have to swipe your fob twice or three times for the front garage gate to open. People move out after 6 pm sometimes disrespecting the rules and because of that the elevator takes up to 15 minutes or more to come. Some new neighbors smoke weed as if they were a chimney. The only good thing is the lobby , it has gotten new cameras but that is only the lobby, each floor should have a camera as well.
