Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding. She was incredibly patient, answering all my questions and making sure everything was handled smoothly. Her dedication and genuine care for residents truly set this community apart.

I recently moved in to the Legacy at Dadeland I had a really seamless process. Upon contacting the leasing office I met Lynnette Roldan and was informed there were no available units. However, Lynnette was able to make me aware of two possible units that were going to be vacated and available soon. After applying for the apartment and giving my deposit I was able to wait and view the apartment. The unit was worth the wait. It was clean, spacious and centrally located. Parking is easy and affordable. Amenities are nicely maintained. And the infrastructure is sound and well maintained. I work Monday-Friday and don't have a lot of time to myself. I was able to move in on a Saturday from 10:00 am to 10:00 while still respecting the confines of quiet hours. This was a huge perk for me. Excellent Living Experience at Legacy at Dadeland! I have been living at Legacy at Dadeland for some time now, and I can confidently say that it has been a fantastic experience. The management team is professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are comfortable. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient, addressing any concerns quickly and effectively.
The community is well-maintained, with clean common areas and beautifully landscaped surroundings. The amenities are a great bonus, providing convenience and comfort. The location is also a huge plus—close to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around.

The Dadeland community is the best I have ever been in, everything is always clean, the maintenance people always have everything in order and the security is too good

Good Excellent place to live, it has a laundry, swimming pool and gym, close to many places, with the Metro, Shopping Center, supermarket, the maintenance staff when you make a report they fix it quickly and he, the person in charge at the moment in the administration, has quickly resolved the requirements that I have asked of him, he is very kind and very willing, I hope they continue doing a good job, thank you and blessings., 🙏🏼😃

Excellent place to live. Unfortunately I'm leaving because the place I had was too small for my family. Lynette helped me a lot when finalizing the contract. I have no complaints about the time I lived there, which was 2 years.

Lynette is amazing. She’s very attentive and kind always helps me out. The community is well kept and clean. I highly recommend Legacy at Dadeland !
