Legacy at South Miami

10/10. Moving in here was seamless. My partner and I moved in earlier this month. Jennifer the property manager has been so helpful, she’s answered the million and one questions my partner and I have had. We love the neighborhood, it’s PERFECT we are at a walking distance from so many restaurants and bars. Perfect neighborhood for a couple. Our service requests on the portal for maintenance issues have been addressed immediately the same day. You won’t even have to wait more than a day for a response/fix. I love it here! God willing, we plan on staying for a while ;).

My wife and I have lived here for almost 1 yr and our experience has been fantastic. The building isn't new but it is well maintained. As is to be reasonably expected, you will have the occasional issue with something not working or something. The key is management and the staff. The property manager Andrea and maintenance crew, Orlando and Oscar have been Aces! Quite frankly they are the reason I am giving this facility 5 stars. Since the day we've moved in the staff have made us feel welcome. More importantly, Anytime we've had a minor issue, they have remedied it as fast as humanly possible. Always with the best attitudes and genuine willingness to help.
Andrea and her staff are an example of how, with the proper leadership, work ethics and attitude, crew can bring out the best in any living facility or business.

I love the place, they have all the amenities and the areas are impeccable, the attention of the administrator Andrea is super professional and friendly, always ready and with a smile, the management was very fast. I know this  property pretty well since I've known people in the past who have lived here and people who presently live here. The place has all the comforts you can ask for! It's clean, quiet, pleasant and super welcoming. The management team and staff are professional, friendly, and are always taking the time to satisfy any requests. Property manager Andrea, greets you with a warm smile and gives her full attention to service you with any questions or needs. I recently moved in the Villas, I'm excited to begin this new journey living here in the heart South Miami! The Villa/studio is spacious, huge walk in closet, new floors, awesome gas stove, it's just cozy!! Thank you Andrea for making this possible for me!!

lives at the studio apartment at Villa, nice place! Neighbors, Maintenances and property manager are super nice. Every morning the laundry and floor in the building are super clean. Look forward to renew the lease for next year👍

Lived at Mayan Towers for a 1.5 years. It was a great experience, quiet neighbors, clean apartments and the property manager is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Miami.
