Legacy at South Miami

I wanted to take a minute to recognize the staff at legacy south Miami. The apartments are nice and well maintained but what really keeps the place going is Jennifer, she’s the best building manager we’ve had since I’ve been here. I have never needed anything that hasn’t been met with the upmost attention and promptness. The maintenance guys Orlando and Amado are not only professional and efficient but kind and friendly. It is such an enjoyable place to live and I hope this staff never changes.

I’ve been looking for a new place for a couple weeks. I’ve had some “not so great stories” since I began my new search. I spoke with Jennifer who took the time to diligently explain all the steps and requirements in order to make this my new home. Jennifer was patient, kind and truly made me feel that this property would be a great fit for me… you definitely don’t find people like her anymore!

This community is great and offers some nice amenities. Has everything that you need and great location. The property manager, Jennifer, is super helpful!
