Each bedroom features a walk in closet and washer & dryer. Residents can take their kids to the playground or grill out by the BBQ area. We are a pet friendly community and provide 24-hour on call emergency maintenance service. With access to FL Turnpike and I-595, students from Nova Southeastern University (NSU) and Broward College have an easy commute. Our school zone includes Hollywood Hills High School, Driftwood middle and Driftwood Elementary. We are conveniently located near great shops, restaurants and banks and just minutes to Memorial Hospital Pembroke.

I am a resident of the property and I am very happy with the service and conditions. I thank the manager and her assistant for always being willing to help me. I just renewed my contract for another year and I feel very happy to continue here.

I want to thank the Legacy at Davie team for their work. I have been living on the property for 4 years and they always attend to me on time. Last Sunday I had an emergency with the AC and they came quickly to fix it. Pleased with the service they provide. Thank you very much!!

Even though there were no available apartments at the time, my experience with Kellys Prieto was outstanding. She took the time to explain every detail about the community, answer all my questions, and make me feel welcome. Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly attitude truly stood out. Kellys went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed, and because of her, I’m confident this is the place I want to call home as soon as a unit becomes available. Exceptional customer service!

Our move was made easy by one of their a ...
Our move was made easy by one of their assistant property manager, Mr. Alvaro Gonzalez. He treated us with care, updates us with the property and made sure everything is properly coordinated. The place itself is wonderful, newly renovated, clean and has all the basic equipments needed. Thank you Legacy Davie! You made our move to Florida fun and exciting!
