Each bedroom features a walk in closet and washer & dryer. Residents can take their kids to the playground or grill out by the BBQ area. We are a pet friendly community and provide 24-hour on call emergency maintenance service. With access to FL Turnpike and I-595, students from Nova Southeastern University (NSU) and Broward College have an easy commute. Our school zone includes Hollywood Hills High School, Driftwood middle and Driftwood Elementary. We are conveniently located near great shops, restaurants and banks and just minutes to Memorial Hospital Pembroke.

The attention of the administrative staff is excellent, the manager is very special and super cooperative, they gave us a practically new apartment, very comfortable, the area is very quiet

We are very happy to live here for several years, it is very quiet, the apt is comfortable, the administrative and maintenance staff are very friendly. We are very happy to live here for several years. There is a lot of tranquility. The apartment is comfortable. Both administrative and maintenance staff are very friendly.
