Very good apartments

Take it from a person that’s lived here all her life, if I had to chance to move out, I would. There is no gym, the pool is rarely cleaned, we aren’t allowed in the clubhouse. The apartments are incredibly small for the price of rent they are asking for. I am one of the lucky ones to have my rent be just under 2,000 but that won’t be for long. If you’re looking for apartments, go look for something else. You deserve better

Do not buy or rent here unless you want your visiting guests to be harassed or booted within 30 mins of parking in guest parking lot. I have never experience something so outrages in a complex before. Talk about a robbing someone stright up. Today I came to visit my friend at Serenity Palm. Parked in the guest parking lot and in the guest parking slot and 30mins later I came back to realize my car got booted. Midnight Immobilization Inc. demanded me to pay $75 to have the boot removed. They gave no first time warning or anything. On top of that i had to wait 45mins for them to arrive to have it removed. Got booted within 30mins but had to wait 45mins.
The entrance of Serenity Palms does not have any signs nor the guest parking lot area indicating guest need a guest pass to park there. Which means all resident have to be inconvenience to come out to give their guest a pass in order to park for 30 mins.

This is not for safety or becaused I parked in a resident parking space. It's simply another way to rob people money.
