very safe - and comfortable - manager has great relation with Pinecrest community and  lush landscape very pleasant and rare  to find these days   -general function of the interior and outer parts of all the   apartments are very  well   kept by  maintenance  manager  and his staff considering age of building.

Starting from the manager and other members of the team all of them are amazing, the events for the holidays are great ' we enjoy to stop by and share time with other residents and the staff. Property is well maintained and communication with very friendly.

I'm happy to have a place to call home,  not only for my living space, all members are very friendly, caring, they take good care of the residents and amenities, so glad to be part of this community.

Jessika is super sweet and reliable She has a vibrant personality. Always welcoming you with a bright smile. She has helped me with so many things throughout my stay at the apartments. She is always thinking of your best interest. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived at Legacy  at Pinecrest for  eleven years, and my experience has been mostly positive . The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and just a short walk to local shops and restaurants. It’s incredibly convenient for my daily commute and errands. Also school late ‘A”+ which I is very important when you kids The apartment itself is spacious with a modern kitchen, and ample storage space. The layout is well thought out, making it feel more open and airy.
The community offers great amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a beautiful pool area. Both are always clean and well-maintained, and I find them a great perk, especially during the summer months.
The management team has always been responsive to my needs. Maintenance requests are usually handled within same day which is impressive and much appreciated. The staff is friendly and genuinely seems to care about the residents’ comfort.
The community is quiet and welcoming, making it ideal for families and professionals alike. The neighbors are respectful, and I’ve never had any major issues with noise or disturbances.
