Legacy at Riviera

I loved living here! I lived at Riviera for 5 years and hated to move! All the neighbors are friendly and Ana, the property manager, is great and handles any issue immediately. Julio the maintenance man keeps the property very clean. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy! I will miss living here.

I loved living here so much and I love love love Ana! She made everything easy and always answered any needs or questions I had. She was always super available and was like my “apartment mom” haha! 10/10 recommend and wish I could’ve stayed longer! Would recommend it to anyone 🤩 and Ana is the BEST! Love you Ana!

Been a resident here for 2 years.  Great place to live and a great location between Coral Gables and Coconut Grove.  Ana, property manager, has been wonderful, she even took care of my crazy requests, for one, she installed a cover on top of the pool water filtration system so we won’t have to keep looking at the pump from our balcony. Thank you Ana.

I’ve been living here for 2 years and the place is not only amazing, but management is great! Ana is always on top of everything we need and the staff that works for the building is great! My kids and I really enjoy living here

This is an amazing place, it is obvious that the Admin is on top of things. They pay attention to details, everything seems (and is) perfect, they seem to be very cautious with everything and that keeps the property very appealing.  I have visited and lived in many places during my years in Florida and this has been one of my favorites or my favorite. Love the place and would highly recommend this admin company because it seems they are the ones responsible for the results!
