I moved into the Village of Kings Creek with high expectations, swayed by the property manager’s assurance of the complex’s financial robustness. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite claims of having “millions of dollars in their bank,” the management has repeatedly neglected essential maintenance, notably the elevators, which remain in dire need of repair. I’ve been stuck in the elevator twice and the second time had to call fire rescue because they didn’t send anyone to help after waiting for an hour. My concerns extend beyond maintenance issues. The security personnel, whom I expected to be professional and supportive, have been exceptionally rude. An incident that particularly stands out is when I called to report a noise complaint. Not only was my concern not taken seriously, but I was also mocked by the security staff, in collusion with the resident causing the disturbance. This not only invalidated my complaint but also exacerbated my relationship with my neighbors, making my living situation uncomfortable.
This lack of empathy and professionalism from the staff at Village of Kings Creek has deeply affected my quality of life and my view of the management. It’s disheartening to see such disregard for resident well-being and property maintenance in a place that should feel like home. I hope this review serves as a call to action for the management to address these serious issues and improve their services for the sake of current and future residents.
