Every time I interact with them, they are incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their dedication and excellent service truly make a difference in the community. I sincerely appreciate their hard work and friendly attitude—it’s always a pleasure to see them. Thank you for all that you do!

The audacity of the mantiene worker. My wife was dropping the keys since we are moving out and to have him barking at my wife and her support dog is such a disrespect and to do it twice when she was leaving the building and laughing with his coworkers is incredible to me.

My girlfriend and I were residents of this rental community for 2 years, and we had a wonderful experience overall. If you’re considering moving here, I highly recommend working with Milena—she’s an outstanding leasing consultant! Her and Camila are very knowledgeable and ensures you have all the information you need to feel confident in your decision. The amenities here were always clean and well-maintained, which made living here even more enjoyable. We especially loved the pool and gym—they were always spotless and inviting. The maintenance team was fantastic! Anytime we had an issue or request, they responded quickly and got the job done right the first time. One thing we really appreciated was the consistency of the staff. Both the office and maintenance teams have been the same for throughout my residency, which shows stability and a commitment to the community.
To my surprise I’ve seen a couple of reviews mentioning mold, but in our experience, we never had any issues like that nor any neighbors that I know of. I understand everyone’s situation is different, and I think it also depends on how well you maintain your apartment AC. Living in Miami, where humidity is so high, it’s important to moisture levels even if it was a small leak. We would immediately report it.
Unfortunately, The only reason we moved out was due to a rent increase, which unfortunately made it no longer affordable for us. That being said, we truly loved our time here and would recommend this community to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and comfortable place to call home.

Everything is good except that damn driveway… seal coat the driveway black it’s dirty and old.

Very bad management, they make fun of the residents and until today I did not receive my deposit back.

The place is very well located, I have lived there for 6 years and I am super happy. The facilities are very nice and all useful, good neighbors and the common areas are quite clean
