Sorrento Apartments

Terrible management... Room was falling apart lived there for 7 years and reported maintenance was never done. I would honestly get this place zero Stars if I could.
The maintenance guys that work there were amazing. But the front office staff is unprofessional rude and overwhelmed.
Not surprised they're just a subsidiary of something the Miami dolphins owns. So they really have no upper management or oversight to be able to do anything. Zero speed bumps. No surveillance going on besides at the front gate.
The front gate is always broken at least once a week. So it's really a "gated community when the gate is fixed"
The first week I lived there a bunch of cars were on cinder blocks after one night someone went through and stole a bunch of rims and tires.
But if you're looking for cheap rent this is the proper cruddy place for you. Lol 🤣 good grief
Oh yeah on their website isn't being paid for so...... You can't even go to the website right now.
Both my cars got broken into. One got totaled because they tried to carjack it the other one just got the windows smashed. The apartment did literally nothing and told us to contact our local politician to ask for help. (I have a copy of that email print out) so park your car in a well lit section of the parking lot so people don't want to break into it. 😂

Kay and Carmen is AWESOME!!! I appreciate everything. These ladies have assisted me with, and a huge shout out to the new Maintenance men these guys are amazing very sufficient very fast knows what they’re doing and very well mannered and professional all the years I’ve lived  in apartments I’ve never had any maintenance men incredibly awesome like these guys thank you guys for all you do.

They have the worst management of any community, I lived there for 3 years, a terrible service and the deposits that you leave in that place they take it and do not return it.  I do not recommend to anyone dealing with these people who scam people or threaten you like the manager did with me because my Read was going to expire.

Excellent maintenance of this property and truly appreciate the employees in the maintenance community. Also, everyone in the front office building are very friendly and helpful.

Always fast and friendly service. I can not complain. Everything gets addressed quickly
