Lennar at Urbana condos

The condominiums that Lennar built were poorly. I live in a building that turns on the lights at 8:00 pm when it is dark so I don't know whose responsibility it is, if it is the one who built them or whoever manages them separately, URBANA has meaningless rules for parking, I don't know. Whoever thought of them, I think they lacked common sense, as someone said, don't buy anything from Lennar Urbana. I own a unit, so I hope that some things will be changed.

They use towing as a predatory practice, your car WILL be towed.

They’re also close to the top schools in Doral and the best nightlife spots the city has to offer. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful, making it an ideal place to live. The apartments come with access to a spectacular clubhouse with all the amenities you could need, including a fully equipped gym. Overall, it's a fantastic place to call home!

I had always dreamed of living in this condo and today I was finally able to sign my apartment! It is a very safe community, everything is clean and always in its place, the HOA works as it should, they have a good communication system with the owners and they keep everything in order, not to mention the common areas that are spectacular! Definitely today a community as beautiful and safe as this one.

I really love living here! It is a safe place, beautiful, the neighborhood is amazing and is growing fast! Your property here grows in value very quickly. If you want to live in a paradise in earth this is the place!

Best place for investment specialty the 1 bedroom apartment and for ownership as well because the area is growing up fast and the value increase fast! And of course the community is absolutely beautiful

The community is simply spectacular! You will not find a place as beautiful as this in Doral, the apartments are beautiful with high quality finishes and the neighbors don't even notice, I am renting but I want to buy because it has been an incredible place to live. The HOA staff is very attentive to ensuring that everything works perfectly and the common areas are a dream.

Buena localización, pero no compro aquí debido a los $500/mes de HOA. Estás obligado a pagar por casa club, gym y piscina que NO nos interesa usar. Esto debería ser opcional.
