Lennar at Urbana condos

Buena localización, pero no compro aquí debido a los $500/mes de HOA. Estás obligado a pagar por casa club, gym y piscina que NO nos interesa usar. Esto debería ser opcional.

Would give no stars if I could. constant loud construction, debris and damage to our vehicles, yet our lot is covered in pot holes that never get fixed, there is a tow company that is clearly working with security to take residents cars in the middle of the night because they can’t “see the decal”, we cannot access our own stairwell and trash rooms (they have them locked and do not provide keys unless we go out of our way to their offices which are only open while everyone is at work) Electricity is awful as well, I’ve had my electronics short circuit / freezer shut off on me. Management is little to no help. The numbers they have posted everywhere in case of building emergencies just lead to a long line of voicemail boxes but no actual emergency line. The only time management ever responded to a concern was when their construction crews were harassing women in our building. They stopped for a few days but I still feel extremely uncomfortable. I’ve lived all over Miami, and never had to put up with so much trouble for such high rent. Don’t expect to sleep here either because if they aren’t drilling at 6 am they’re banging their tow truck around at 3 am stealing our cars. Or one of the air bnbs next door is having a party. Someone hit my car in the parking lot on the first night of moving in and left the scene. I have to replace my tail light. One time the elevator was shut down for 4 days and the stairwell remained locked so there was no way for us to enter our own homes. It’s just been non-stop. I have photos and docs of it all over the past 6 months, highly highly highly recommend you look elsewhere if you want to live in the Doral area.

Muy mala la construcción y todo de bajísima calidad. No compren con Lennar, carísimo y no los vale.
