Lime Bay 3 Condominium Association

I know someone that lives here. He owns two condos and rents one out. He does allow ice cream in his condo, but you will need to be over 55 years old to live there. If the age was not an issue I would have given it a perfect score.

I loves the place.Service was good,Employee’s wee nice,and the food was amazing.

This place has the worst association ever! the President of the HOA is rude and arrogant! so is the Manager (Randy) the only nice person in that office is the receptionist. Besides her they are all rude! Be careful when they run a background check on you to approve you in there. They use this Corelogic Saferent company that does not conduct proper background check and shows criminal cases of other people on your background. If you have a clear history and it shows something bad don't believe it! file a dispute and then you have to wait over 30 days! all the stress and worries for nothing!
The place itself is nice, or at least it seems nice, but the HOA staff are horrible!
