Kings Point In Tamarac Club Hs

Horrible plumbing HOA does nothing to fix the pipes and blames residents when clearly the issues are in the main drain lines and need to be handled from the stack roof down to clear the issues with the toilets and showers backing up!!!!!!!

A great place to live.

I won't refer Clairmont to no one.. I am Living here for the past 9 years. It had been an unpleasant time.
It is an over 55 community but should be labeled as an over 75 community.
This place is filled with miserable, gossiping and no life people.
They have no respect of privacy and they think that the own everything around.
Be aware..If you are a truck lover you cannot park your truck on this community.
Not only that, your friends that drive trucks, they are not allowed to visit you after 7pm. The gate won't let them in at all.
All stupid rules made by the 100 years old people that live here.
That is plenty other places where you can live in peace.

Excellent site

The neighbours are intrusive and the HOA is controling.  Even if there complant is not covered in the bylaws they still hound you into doing things there way.
