Very quiet and peaceful . I’m very satisfied with my experience . Shannon provided exceptional customer service and I will  definitely recommend anyone looking to move here.

We moved into one of their “renovated” apartments with work that was clearly shotty work. On the day of our move in we had no hot water, bugs crawling around in the bathroom, flickering lights, dirty toilet bowl, dirty shower, and brown water coming from the dishwasher. It’s almost as if no one inspected the apartment before allowing someone to move in. After contacting the leasing office about all of it they tell us we needed to wait  up to 48 hours for someone to come fix their mistakes. Not to mention the insane amount of potholes throughout the complex. These people don’t care about quality work or satisfying residents. They only care about getting paid.

It's truly been a pleasant experience living at Los Prados. Going on my second year, moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2/2. The office staff (Shanon and Gayle) helped facilitate the process with such professionalism and care. I appreciated their availability patience and prompt response/ when there were concerns.  These ladies truly understand the the art of great customer service! The Maintenance staff were deligent to address issues with the apartment prior to my move ensuring that it was up to par. All staff that I have encountered at Los Prados have been courteous, personable,  and transparent. Thank you for all you guys do! Sam

Great neighborhood. Seems very quiet. Accessible to University Drive and near hospital and Broward Mall. The apartments are overall a bit outdated with minor updates. Nice starter apartment.

Nothing but bad business. Why play games and give people the run around when searching for apartment. If you don't want to help, just be honest and upfront. Just look forward to me NEVER coming back.

Quiet & peaceful neighborhood, and as a first time mom I feel super comfortable that there is always families walking around. I also love that there is never an issue finding parking. Love that the Pool & apartment layout gives a luxury aesthetic.
If there is any questions or concerns I have Shannon & Gayle are always happy to help! They are great!!
Not to mention the food trucks they have every month, love not having to get in my car and drive for food after a long day of work! Super convenient!

Place looks decent on the outside but the inside have cheap materials that break easily, cheap cabinets and appliances . AC constantly goes out . I lived here from 2019-2022 and every year they raised rent . On my last year there they raised it a whole $200 from the previous year. These mf loves raising the rent . BEWARE!
