Leasing consultants: They are all thorough, detailed, and extremely friendly. They have great communication with each other Maintenance: The team have been friendly and helpful during my move in and a plumbing issue. They even offered to stay after hours to help
Parking: Wonderful, parking is always available
Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean, only nature debris. Pool, leasing office, clubhouse, laundry room are spotless
Inside apartment: Clean, no marks, smells, etc. The neighbors welcomed me in and introduced themselves
Outside apartment: Quiet, clean, calm
Move in: Someone from the leafing consultant will go over with you every single detail about your contract before you sign. This is the first time I have ever moved somewhere where they explain everything between the lines. This is a huge plus. You DO NOT sign any page unless it’s explained to you. Super eye opening, even if I look for a new place next year that is my new standard✅
Wall noise: You cannot hear your neighbors from inside your apartment unless you’re outside and they are being unexpectedly loud. Even still, it’s super quiet in general
Amenities: two tennis courts, basketball courts and two pools. Also car wash area, vacuum, and air station inside the complex
Dog friendly: Trash cans all around with doggy bags
Neighborhood: Safe from inside the neighborhood to outside. You see family on strolls and people walking/running
Restaurants: everything is close by from local restaurants to breweries
Grocery store: Target and Publix are next door☺️
Move in was a little tricky, there was a plumbing emergency, however Joyce and the maintenance manager were on top of this and made it their priority. They were just as concerned as if it was their own apartment. I was very thankful how accommodating they both were.
Overall, this has been my favorite apartment I have toured and moved into in Florida.
