Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the issues you've experienced during your time living here. We fully understand your frustrations and want to assure you that we take your feedback seriously.Over the past month, we have brought in a new management team to make necessary improvements. We’re committed to enhancing the living experience for all residents, and significant changes have already been implemented. This includes new staff members, and we’ve sent out emails introducing them along with their contact information, as well as updates about our ongoing efforts to improve the property.We recognize that the phones may sometimes go unanswered due to the high volume of calls, and for that, we apologize. However, we want to remind you that our office is open seven days a week, and we always encourage our residents to visit in person to share concerns or feedback. We are here to listen and help resolve issues as best we can.We understand how important a clean and well-maintained environment is for everyone, and we’re working hard to ensure the property is safer and more enjoyable for all residents. Our security services are still in place 7 days a week, and we are reviewing all aspects of our amenities, including the dog park and garage issues, to ensure they meet the needs of our community.We are also actively working on resolving noise complaints, security concerns, and maintenance issues. The safety and comfort of our residents is our top priority.We truly appreciate your feedback, and while we regret that your experience has not been as positive as we’d hoped, we’re committed to making meaningful changes.
