Leena Plantation Apartments

I come on a Sunday  and was totally ignored by a person on the staff for over 15 minutes while she was “working”. No hello, it will be a moment , nothing. Then she comes and acts like I am bothering her asking about a place. No smile just an attitude like she hates her job. Horrible customer service! They need to replay the tapes on what not to do.

I had some issues on my moving process but they fixed it, fast enough love the place will give them 5 starts instead of 1

Lived here for about 2 months. This is Hotel living gym, a heated pool, pool tables, and even putting green.

I used to like living here, after you moved in they start with all the hidden restrictions you can't use the amenities in peace, you will need a permission to be with more than 2 people and pay a deposit and fee for anything , the machine coffee is working at limited time and not disposable cups anymore,

My experience with Andrea was Amazing! She was very helpful and very supportive.. Excellent service!  Highly recommend this Place!

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Leena staff for their exceptional service. The newly constructed apartments boast impressive amenities and thoughtful design. I’ve encountered only one maintenance issue, which was promptly addressed. They use Fetch for mail services which initially gave us some concern, but they consistently deliver on time, and the app makes it a breeze to manage. If we scheduled a delivery which we were not home, the package was always safe (never touched by someone else). Security vigilantly monitors the premises, ensuring the safety of residents and vehicles. Any vehicle that does not belong in the premise they will put the boot (so make sure to fill out online the guest parking pass). The apartment complex organizes engaging monthly activities, adding a sense of community and fun. My only minor critique is that the window blinds are somewhat translucent, even with the lights dimmed.
After an exhaustive search for apartments, Leena stands out as the most caring, modern, and secure community. I would recommend Leena for your future apartment!

Beautiful apartment! Great amenities. The staff is kind and caring. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because of the move in process being chaotic, our situation was one of the rare ones with a quick move in and the apartment we were scheduled to move into the following day, had an AC issue causing us to pick another unit ASAP overnight. It was stressful with the timing of it all and the back and fourth trying to communicate certain things with the staff was a hassle unfortunately due to them being a bit understaffed. However they accommodated us for the troubles and so far its been a nice experience living at Leena. The maintaince team is easy to get a hold of and are very helpful!

I applied to this location and paid a total of $500, which included the application fee of $125 and administrative fees of $375, with the understanding that if I was not approved, the administrative fee would be returned. That was in NOVEMBER. Here we are in January and I have yet to receive a refund of my administrative fees. I barely get an answer when I call and whenever someone does pick up, I’m always given the run around of “we will let you know when it is ready for pick up”. I am livid. Please do NOT apply here if there’s even a smidge of a possibility that you won’t be approved or you can kiss your administrative fee goodbye.
