Midtown 24

If you work from your home, if you have a baby or if you don´t want to live with fire alarm noises in your day by day, I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL to live at this building. I moved here just some months ago, and it has been really difficult to work online, because they do fire tests very often and even without prior notice. I often need do cancel my meetings and it has hampered my professional life.

I just moved into the building and must tell you this has been a five star experience across the board. ever since I came to view the property up until my move-in and beyond. I wanted to call out a few folks….Terry the concierge is amazing. She is always so kind and helpful And has been there for me when I needed. She is such an asset likewise Alcira in the leasing office is the most professional kind and wonderful agent I’ve ever worked with. the amenities are great, location fantastic and The neighbors are kind and the apartments are beautiful! I highly recommend it.?

I love living at Midtown 24! It’s well maintained, in a great location and looks like a resort! The tenants are nice and friendly. The staff is also friend and very helpful. Even the young lady at the concierge, Terry Clervil. We had an issue late one night and she really worked with us to help us get it resolved. She is super friendly and has such a pleasant demeanor. So glad she’s a part of staff. Overall, Midtown 24 is great place to live!

Midtown is a very nice property & Terry the front desk concierge is awesome. She was such a helpful person.

Concierge Terry is a wonderful young lady.. I am a resident at Midtown 24 . Terry always has a lovely smile on her face and as I walk through the front doors of Midtown 24 it is a pleasure to see her and she is eager to help  us of our need.

I initially visited Midtown 24 just to look and wasn’t sure if this was even the right area for me. After meeting Alcira, I was sold. She was incredibly patient and thorough. We must have seen over 10 different units as she took the time to understand our requirements, pointed out nice-to-haves, and even suggested creative ideas to enhance our space while staying within budget. It was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Fast forward a couple of months, and we are now residents—happier than ever! A huge thank you to the entire team, including Carolina, Gio, and Ashley, for their excellent customer service. Their attentiveness truly set this building apart and made our decision clear.
Since moving in, we’ve found the building to be clean, quiet, and well-managed. We’re very happy here and excited to enjoy life at Midtown 24!

Living here for 5 years and absolutely love this community. It’s clean, safe, and newly renovated. The staff is so helpful and responsive to any concerns that we may have encountered which are few but when if and when they come up, they are helpful. I Love Midtown 24!!!

Steam room has been down forever yet my rent does not fail to go up every renewal
