Maison Grande Condominium

2024 Worst than ever NOW IS 2021 AND THE MAISON GRANDE LOOKS LIKE THE HORROR MAISON.
NO POOL SINCE 2019.
Everything is falling apart is a shame to invite a friend and walk through the hallway.
THE GYM
Only one running machine working and that's it. No cable to conect the elliptical or the other machines. No A/C (they are fixing forever)
The equipment all of them are not fixed on the floor, (they are probably waiting for a accident) the equipments have holes on the leather (easy to get a disease)
THE SAUNA
The sauna is never working I have called, and the answer is the same ... they will send somebody to look 😂😂
Inside the sauna the roof is falling in your head, and is so dirty, but so dirty, I believe we can found a body under the seat.
The restroom have no front door, so everyone can see your fat ass at the shower.
I have reported this several times to the office in person, by mail, by phone.
I WILL START TO PRAY 🙏 TO SEE IF A MIRACLE CAN SAVE THE MAISON GRANDE CONDOMINIUM.

I have lived here for two years, it is a very beautiful property, the security workers are excellent, they never allow strangers to enter without identification of the resident of the property, The cleaning staff is really always working, the desk is always well attended, however ... the sauna does not work regularly, after several complaints, the gym is separate for men and women (yes is 2017), is impossible have a personal trainer or use whit your husband, son, friend... the laundry would be better, very old machines, sometimes the washing machine holds clothes and ends up ripping, if you have expensive clothes... please don't use,  on Saturdays and Sundays, it is impossible to get a time in the laundry.
The barbecue  should have a better system of reservation, some people reserve all the week's ( Just on case) and they do not use it, so when someone really wants ... it is impossible, especially the bigger ones. The fire alarm goes off every day, without execoes, more than once a day inclusive and at night.
A good place to live, I really hope they take better care of the amenities.
When you look at a place to live you expect everything to work well.
The landscape, the beach and the climate give the perfect works of God, free for all.
The privilege of living well costs a lot of work and money, we hope to have a perfect operation for all we pay!

Management mrs.gato she is a very very racist person she don’t care how she talk to you .. she very phony she like to sarcastic to people.. the building very very old been under construction for 5 years now and everything look the same and full of big roaches and rat . This building is so unorganized all they do is file a report and move on its a lot of stealing bikes and packages all management going to tell you is we working on it … they really don’t be in meetings they lazy they tell security that so they won’t have to deal w anything you have to go see them calling them on the phone is terrible and they steal clothes from the laundry room building look very old and not up to date so if I was you I wouldn’t waste my time living in that building

This place sucks don't move here

Management is great here!! Augustine is amazing in this building 🙂
