My husband and I had been searching for a new place to call home for almost a month with our realtor, looking for the perfect fresh start. We had actually visited this apartment complex before but didn’t feel welcomed at the time—the previous agent simply showed us an apartment without highlighting the beauty and amenities of the community. Because of that experience, I initially said no to this place.
But everything changed when we met Nicole. From the moment we walked in, her warm smile made us feel at home. She took the time to listen to our needs and showed us around with genuine care. She didn’t just give us a tour—she made us feel like we belonged. Her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service completely transformed our perspective.
Customer service is very important to me because I used to teach it, and I can confidently say that Nicole goes above and beyond. She is the reason we said yes to this place! My husband and I are so pleased with her that we jokingly told her if she ever leaves this community, we’re following her!

While we didn't end up choosing Marela, I would still recommend it as a great option for others on the hunt. It's tucked away but right in the bustle of Pembroke Pines. Not the biggest of communities, which we liked - more than ample parking. The gym and sauna were impressive and the apartments are bigger than a lot of options in the area. We just had a stronger preference for a different layout and newer build. Our leasing agent, Nicole was very thorough - gave us a all the info we needed and more. Pleasant and professional.

I have lived here for three years and it’s under new management and so far I can say that the staff in the office has been very helpful and considerate and respectful to me. And the maintenance staff under Louis, which he is a very,  nice respectful man. That is taking very good care of the apartment Live in there was some mishaps in the apartment and he is definitely and his staff took care of these problems. For them to take care of the problem that is why I am wanting to renew my lease for another year here. Thank you so much for all your help to make me feel safe and secure.

Visited Marela Apartments in Pembroke Pines today with my client who’s looking for a 3/2. We were greeted by Nicole at the property and she was a delight. She was professional, knowledgeable and so friendly. She showed us two apartments and we toured the property on her golf cart. The whole time she provided us with information about the property, including the amenities, security and maintenance. My client decided this was the place for her and is filling out the application. Thank you Nicole it’s always a pleasant surprise to meet people in the industry like you.

Nicole in the leasing office is amazing! We recently had an issue with our AC and my daughter began to have respiratory symptoms. I submitted the service request at night and the next morning, Nicole called me right away to get more information. She showed concern, compassion, and assisted with getting our issue resolved promptly. Luis from the maintenance team was great too! He took the time to explain everything to me. Nicole answered all my questions and continued to check in even after everything was resolved. She is kind, attentive, and ensures your happiness. When she sees me in the commmunity, she calls me by my name which makes me feel welcomed. Every community needs a Nicole!
