Beautiful, very quiet condominium.

I have been living here for three months.  Community very clean , safe , well lit at night .  I have to say kudos to Mildred at the office very nice and polite .. but Sonia the Manager is AMAZING! I have never lived in a community /rental where things are taken care immediately, Sonia goes above and beyond to help anyone there.  She is efficient , polite and makes sure things get done .  We always post all the negative but I believe it’s also great to post the good.

Unfortunately many inconveniences with the topic Of car abuse and towing.
I do not recommend it because when it comes to having a situation simply within the condominium, they do not take responsibility and tell you that you only have to deal with those in the trailer. Of course this is a real deal. I don't know what the system is because a car was parked in my numbered space for exclusive use and even though I reported it several times it was never towed and I had to look for a visitor's spot to park. “Apparently the rules are not for everyone” Regarding the areas, I advise you to see them physically before getting excited about the photographs. In general terms “waiting for my contract to end to look for a better place”
