St Andrews Miramar

My air conditioner has malfunctioned and is now emitting hot air. I've been calling the office since Friday till today, and no one has ever answered the phone or even giving me a call back. I even made a request on their website to have someone come fix the AC for me. I have not had the opportunity to visit the office; that's why I made the request and kept on blowing the office phone up, which has caused me a great deal of frustration cause no one answered. please review my request so they could send maintenance there. thank you.

HIDDEN TOXIC BLACK MOLD. I got so sick staying here for just 6 months, ichy rashes all over my body, hair loss, headaches every day, extreme joint pain,  ulcers in my mouth, muscle aches, the list can go on and on. The apartment was so humid all the time as well, which is what probably what caused mold to grow in the first place. The landlord denied there was mold (of course because it’s an expensive problem to solve) and he told us there was nothing he can do, so we ended the lease early. Stay away from these old apartments, it’ll save you time, money and most importantly your health. Black mold is a silent killer, the issue needs to be addressed and fixed.
