Office staff is amazing! Agnes answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Everyone is friendly and made me feel at home. The location is the best. The beach is across the street and restaurants are right around the corner.

Rat and roach infested, management firm thar cares about future residents more than current ones. Uses outside services to upcharge residents for "amenities" that don't require said services to begin with. Police at location on a daily basis as well, employees stealing from residents as well.

I have been dealing with constant noise issues from day one at Marina Del Mar, and despite numerous complaints, nothing has been done to resolve the situation. I’ve tried multiple times to speak with the property manager, Lissette, but she is completely unresponsive and unprofessional. She doesn’t care about the tenants’ concerns at all. Lissette’s behavior is appalling—she has even screamed at workers in front of customers, which is not only unprofessional but also embarrassing. I even had to call the police due to the noise, but she refused to address the issue or speak with me. As a nurse, I work long hours and need rest during my time off, but it has been impossible to get any peace at Marina Del Mar.
I’ve sent emails, videos, and made countless attempts to get some kind of resolution, but they just ignore everything. This level of disrespect and incompetence is unacceptable. Please, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place and this management.

I had the pleasure of being attended to by Agnes, and I must say her level of attention exceeded all my expectations. From the very first moment, her kindness and professionalism were evident. It was clear that she genuinely cared about every detail, ensuring that I was comfortable and satisfied at all times. What impressed me the most was her ability to anticipate my needs without me having to ask. Always with a genuine smile, she was ready to answer any questions, offer helpful recommendations, and make sure every aspect of my experience was flawless. The patience with which she attended to me and her positive attitude created a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, making me feel right at home.
Agnes didn't just fulfill her role; she did so in a way that truly made a difference. Her customer service is exceptional—something that's not always easy to find these days. It's clear that she has a true passion for her work and is dedicated to giving her best.
Without a doubt, I’ll gladly return, knowing I’ll receive such incredible service thanks to Agnes. The warmth and professionalism she provides are hard to come by, and that's why I feel compelled to highlight her outstanding performance. Clueless management apartment wasn’t ready on move in date

This used to be a great building until they change management. It’s like the new ghetto of Sunny Beach people do what they want. Their eight dollars an hour security is a minus and they constantly lied to the people who come to look at these apartments. The parking lot is a revolving door for people going to the beach the visitor parking is constantly full every day because of the tenants to have more than one car and don’t wanna pay for parking. The maintenance is good good and it’s a shame because the buildings been here for a long time The father own the building to the sun guy in the building who walks around like he owns it and really is a zero he’s clueless

First of all don’t believe everything you read! Since Pegasus Residential came on this building has done a tremendous change!! The new management team and staff is actually so much better then the last two companies. Yes, there was issues in the past and we are all aware of them,  but it’s been over a year and things in the building are extremely better. They now care about the appearance of the building inside and out. If you are still bashing this staff and new company then you need to move! Let’s focus on the positive change they brought on and stop dwelling on the past. Some of the resident that have lived here needed to go and with this team in place they are going thankfully. If residents don’t help take care of there own living space who is to blame here? All the new improvements in the building are amazing. Keep them coming!! Keep up the great work Pegasus Team.
