Hoa is corrupt, fining people for bringing bicycles into their apartment, claims it was a motorcycle. How do you get a motorcycle into an elevator and into a 4th floor apartment, clearly there is a large difference between a motorcycle and a bicycle. The home owners association and the people who sit on its board unfairly target and shake down young people who paid good money to stay here

Excelent location , walking distance to the beach, restaurants, sport activities and much more to enjoy. The building is very well maintained , gated and assign parking spaces.

A condominium with good maintenance and the location is wonderful.

Convenient in everything.

Condo office always closed. Never answer the phone. No voicemail.
