Josh the manager has truly turned around the whole entire place. I’ve lived here for 3 years and it’s really a breath of fresh air. he’s an absolute pleasure to speak with and extremely professional and he handles things in a timely manner. Flavio their main maintenance worker that they have on site is exceptional at everything you need taken care of, as well as professional at providing you the proper service with whatever your needs are. The both of them should 100% be given raises and some payed holidays. No questions asked!
Things were an absolute nightmare before Josh in that office he’s really turned things around in there and is very knowledgeable about everything. Flavio has always been great the entire time plus he has many skills and always takes the job seriously and handles things as quickly as possible.
I don’t know what they get paid now but when you have good workers who show up day in and day out like them you should take great care of them and appreciate them if you want them to stay. Both Josh and Flavio do a lot for the community and I’m sure they would appreciate a raise and maybe a few more payed vacation days…. Just a suggestion to whomever reads this.

I moved out JUNE 13th .. Today is JULY 25 I’ve been asking for my security deposit back for sooooo long calling and asking cooperate sucks the staff in the leasing office sucks no one knew what the other was doing. I texted Joshua JUNE 28th and asked him how long will it be before I get my money back he read my message and never responded then I texted him and asked him JULY 23rd for his supervisors name and number he read that message with no response. So then I messaged him and told him that my lawyer will be reaching out the magically he responded and said he sent the check JUNE 20th and sent a picture that he did it. Now ALL OF A SUDDEN when I mention a lawyer I get the check the very next day in priority mail. Crazy how this place operates never gave them a problem living here. do not recommend living here as far as that the trash is always over filled it’s a none smoking community yet everyone including the security they hire smokes. The office is always closed and they never answer their phones.

I would not even give them a 1 star. Wasn’t approved for apartment which is fine. But why do I have to chase y’all down for MY deposit back. A few hundred dollars may not be much. But after they’ve pulled this on multiple people they have themself a little operation going on. It’s a money grab. They hope you’ll forget and they can keep the money. At this point I guess I’ll just have to get a lawyer. Guy in office also keeps reading my message about the deposit refund but no reply. Unless you’re for sure you have the credentials to be approve please don’t waste your time to apply. They definitely will give you the run around for your money back and from reading other reviews. Clearly this is something they do. The same way they want people to pay they rent on time is the same way y’all should be getting people they deposit back. Y’all want y’all rent money right ? And I want my deposit money

Me and my kids been living here for almost a year. We love our home, whenever anything needs to be fix they come in a timely manner. They respond quickly. Thank you, management and maintenance man.
