Had a confirmed appointment via email to ...
Had a confirmed appointment via email to see the apartment. Drove all the way out here and no one’s here. Called and you get robot agent. Apartments look different in person versus pictures posted. Location is in a bad area and didn’t feel safe in the location. You can see in the picture the building on the right and the neighborhood on the left. Misleading location and unprofessional staff. Good luck getting ahold of anyone on the phone also. Not a good experience.

I just recently visited the new Pearl Townhomes for lease at Pompano Beach. The leasing agents who gave me a tour were very professional and friendly. The townhomes are brand new with contemporary decor and they all have private patios. I might definitely consider this place in the future.

I toured this property and this looked like a great place to live. Nice backyard, modern finishes, etc. I would’ve signed the lease but my job situation changed and had to look elsewhere.

We are looking to move to the area and went to view these townhouses because the pictures made them look so beautiful and much to our surprise it was the opposite plus the area they are in made it worse. The area is less than ideal and did not feel safe. The parking situation here is an absolute nightmare and we just VISITED to see the place I couldn’t imagine having to deal with this every day living there.
