Check your credit card statement for the valet. They charged 43 for valet even though I paid in cash. Typical Miami.

The staff are awesome. There's so much to do in the building. Like its been remodeled in the lobby. But i know the pool spa are as beautiful as the staff that works here. The bathrooms are always sparkling clean and fully stocked.

The Marquis itself deserves 10 stars but am rating it 2 cause why is security interacting and acting like its a party with valet. There was a resident waiting for 10 minutes for the gate to open. And talking loud and cursing and 2 of the valet runners flirting with security whose a young pretty female. That's not an image for a place as prestigious as the Marquis. I love the way the surpervisor of valet works, why they  put him with runners I  would schedule the surpervisor of valet by himself at night. He can handle it and does an amazing job. Hes very professional and represents the company with dedication and seriousness. I hope to see him by himself the next time Im in town.

The valet parking people are not validating the information in the system and they are keeping the money, Cubans

Perfect location, not so happy I got kick out from the hotel pool at 4pm 12/03/2022 because an event…. We just had check in, we got 4 minutes….
Disappointed 😐

An employer, Ronald ,was rude with an Uber driver while he was spoiling a young lady for a tip.

Nice pool and children play area.
