This rental community is a beautiful,  clean and peaceful property right in the heart of Miami Lakes. I would like to give 5 stars to JESUS one of the Maintenance Technicians who has been nothing but a gentleman and goes beyond his duties to do what needs to be done.
I would also like to thank Terri at the leasing office for all of her professional, friendly and courteous response when I had any requests from their office.
It's been a pleasure working with you all and thanks for the kindness.

Just moved in a month ago. Inside the apartment everything looks great. But my car was purposely keyed on both sides of the door, and the office said they have no cameras at all in the association. I am very disappointed and disheartened, I do not feel safe knowing vandalism occurs here

We recently moved into a 2/2 apartment. The leasing agents that assisted us throughout  the process were Ms. Suzzie and Ms. Terry. From the time we did our application they were very professional, knowledgeable, keep us informed about the application process at all times. Meadow Walk Apartments in Miami Lakes provides a beautiful relaxing environment with green trees all around the community, the pool is nice and clean, the laundry rooms are always available. There’s always plenty of parking spaces for myself and my guest. I want to thank Terri Torres for all her help, she has been so helpful, respectful, and caring. The maintenance staff is friendly and always provide the best quality services.
