Royalton on the Green Apartments

Been living here for over 3 years. Good apartments for a decent price. Most neighbors are nice. Alejandro from the office is incredibly nice and helpful, very polite and attentive. Maintenance is pretty quick in fixing issues in the apartments, they’re also very nice and respectful.
Pet friendly apartments. Very family oriented apartments.
There are a few things that could be better in the facilities (particularly the gym - the machines are a little old but they get the job done) and parking availability, but honestly, everything’s pretty great all things considered.

I have been here for over ten years and I can say that this is a great community to live in. The apartments are very spacious and renovated, the common areas are well maintained and always accessible to all residents. Both the administration and the maintenance staff are always attentive to quickly and effectively solve any problem that may arise in the apartments and in the condominium in general, all of which provides a high degree of tranquility to those who live here.
