Car was stolen on property and I need surveillance of when car was stolen on video. Surveillance video is apparently handled by someone at country club towers staff has zero urgency zero empathy and so far has been zero help this is ridiculous Updated review Monica was a great help in transitioning all paperwork and stickers as well as switching my gym key for key fobs. Hoping there is no repeat of last month and hoping eventually they put cameras on the north side of the buildings

Ended up renting an apartment here, but if I had more time i definitely would have looked elsewhere. While the apartments are very spacious, these are the reasons why i would not recommend renting here: 1. LYING ABOUT PRICING:
Off the bat they lied about the price of the apartment. Online my fiancé and I were looking at an apartment model for $1,650. We did our non refundable application and went forward with the process up until it began time to sign the lease, now we are looking at $2,111 for the exact same model. At first they lied and said they did not have any models for that price, and when we provided screenshots they said it was a listing mistake. They were able to knock off $61 a month for rent and never provided any valid reason as to why the rent went up almost $400.
2. UNABLE TO CONTACT STAFF:
The people at the office NEVER answer the phone. Dayanis was the lady who we spoke with throughout the moving process and while she seemed nice at first (minus lying about the rent price), after she sold us the apartment it’s been radio silence. She is in the office as I’ve gone in person a few times, but she has not responded to a single text or phone call about any of the MANY issues we are facing in our apartment. Some issues include broken tile, window curtain almost falling off window, TWO toilets that came clogged, roaches, and the sliding glass door being unable to lock. It has been over a week without any working toilet in our apartment.
3. COMING INTO APARTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE:
They have been inside of my apartment at least twice since we’ve moved in, without informing us. First time I know was for pest control, second time which was yesterday I’m unsure as to why/what they did since none of our issues have been attended to. I know in the lease it says they can come into my apartment whenever they please, but I still need to be given a heads up and informed when that is going to happen.
Overall it is a nice quiet neighborhood with some very great people, but most of the staff are doing an awful job, mainly in my experience Dayanis as she has purposefully been dodging any phone calls/texts about fixing the many issues we are facing. With new management this place could be much better.

I’ve been living here for the past few months, and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and attentive, always making sure everything runs smoothly. I love how spacious and well-lit my apartment is. If you're looking for a place that offers comfort, convenience, and a wonderful living experience, I highly recommend this building. It’s truly been a pleasure to live here!

I was able to quickly move in to quickly and for being new to renting apartments Monica made this process smooth and easy. I was able to move in within a week! Everything was explained and carefully explained so we knew what we’re signing up for and couldn’t be more happier with our place! :)
