I’ve watched Med Village being built right from the start.  I lived in a single family home and the transition to Med Village went smoothly.  Living here is the closest thing to having your own private home with all the amenities of a country club. A 5 million dollar spa; five restaurants etc. I’ve lived here for over thirty years and it’s the closet thing to paradise! What  more could a person want? AB

I’ve lived here at Med Village for twenty years and wouldn’t live anywhere else. It’s like having our own private home with all the benefits of a large condo and none of the drawbacks. There are just two units to a floor ( never have to wait for an elevator) ; valet service but you can park your own car; a big beautiful, nearly  private pool  just outside your door, and most of all, wonderful neighbors! Thankfully, we were all keep safe during the pandemic due to the extraordinary care of our manager, and staff . CMV

We love living in Med Village because it is a unique Williams Island property in that it has more of a home feel to it, as opposed to living in a high rise . Also we have 24/7 personal access to parking rather than waiting for a valet .

The alarm went off at 2am and it was a false alarm. There is no doorman after 11pm. They used to have 24/7 guard present. The building is run down and they are not keeping the property clean, such as the elevator and hallways. The HOA fees are very high so they should have better maintenance & security.

My parents live at 3900 Island Blvd. The noise here is incredible! They are allowing major construction every day during Covid19 when the HOA is well aware that we are all stuck in our homes! No other buildings on the Island allow construction during this period of escalated cases in Florida. It is very risky to say the least. The upkeep is not good. The elevator is dirty most of the time and the building is run down. It is an older building and needs  be better maintenance. The Island is very nice and overall we do feel safe here.
