Kayla has made my experience enjoyable speaking on the phone. Very pleasant answering my questions about the Meridian n the surrounding area…I feel like it’s a good place to live…The office needs help in answering the phone calls at times.

Most of those who live there do not use ...
Most of those who live there do not use the stairs because they have their conditions, but this is the reality of meridian apartments where are the inspectors so they can see these things that they do not fix. This is not safe for those that live here. the majority are people in wheelchairs and seniors. And this is nothing comparing other days when it rains a lot

The mgt here are THIEVES stole my mom's $250 deposit and refuses to give back. Don't move here they prey on low income seniors. UPDATE as of 26 June 2023 STILL NO MONEY back after they responded to this review. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AS THEY PREY ON LOW INCOME SENIORS STEALING THERE DEPOSITS ON APARTMENTS AND NOT GIVING IT BACK!!!!!!

They stole my $250 deposit and refuse to give it back since Nov 2022. The attorney General even said there hands are tied. I'm a low income senior. Please avoid this place at all costs

I am very grateful to our Meridian Staff Rashida alias “Consuelo”, our Property
Manager,is very courteous, knowledgeable and listen’s attentively to our concerns.
Dolores , Leasing Agent , is also very helpful and kind.
Leo has been the best and most knowledgeable “Maintenance Engineer“ we have ever had! He solves the problem and explains what causes the problem, this helps the tenant gain insight and look out for the signs if it were to occur again.
Pierre is a very hard worker and strives on keeping our building and surroundings in tip top shape!
All together our Meridian Staff is great!

I've been living at Meridian Apts for 6 ...
I've been living at Meridian Apts for 6 years. During this period I've had the normal maintenance issues along with three hurricanes. All were handled quickly and satisfactorily thanks to the management team of Susan and Silvana. Recently my entire apt has been renovated including floors, hurricane windows, appliances, A/C, and plumbing fixtures. If you are a senior I highly recommend living here. J Collier Apt 806
