Hello Danny, we are sorry to hear that you are upset. We see that you have negative bombed us with numerous bogus reviews from numerous fake accounts. If you would have just followed your lease, paid your rent on time and not been disruptive or confrontational at every step, I'm sure that your experience would have been much more enjoyable. We don't enjoy posting notices or having to evict people, but unfortunately this is part of our job and why we were hired. We recently took over management of the property and are tasked with getting things back on track in the community. Looks like you were used to doing whatever you wanted even if it was in direct violation of the lease, to the detriment of other residents in the community or Florida Law. Those days are over. The good residents who had been suffering because of a few bad apples in the community are thrilled with the progress and singing our praise.Also, your claims of no maintenance is bogus. There is a full time maintenance tech onsite everyday eager to help with repair issues. Good news for both sides is that you will soon be out, and the community will get one step closer to perfection.
