Please know that the safety and well-being of our residents is our top priority. Our building is constructed and designed to meet rigorous safety standards, including hurricane preparedness measures.

Regarding the soundproofing, we strive to create a serene living environment, and while we take soundproofing seriously, we understand that different individuals have varying sensitivities to noise. We are continuously exploring ways to improve and address any concerns in this area.

We are not aware of any ongoing legal issues involving any fraudulent activities related to Henry and the building. We take legal matters with the utmost gravity and uphold the highest ethical standards in all our operations.
