Metro Edgewater

If you will be leasing here just be advised that the elevators take a long time and they are slow. They only have two shafts (plus the service, which not always works). I visit very often and always compare with my building (AMLI 29 a few blocks away) where the elevators are top notch. The building overall feels like they tried to save money and the elevators are where this is more evident.

This community is outstanding! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, it's a beautiful place to live, amazing location, modern, luxury living, and feels like home. I highly recommend Metro Edgewater!

One of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in. The amenities are very well maintained, issues are very quick to be resolved, and the whole team is very friendly, especially Raciel, the maintenance manager. He’s very quick to respond to orders and is always working so hard across the whole complex.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living here. The management is responsive and friendly. One of the biggest highlights has been the maintenance team, especially Raciel, the maintenance supervisor. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always quick to resolve any issues. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and ensures that residents are taken care of. The amenities, like the pool and gym, are well-maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend this complex.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Metro Edgewater! The staff is super nice and helpful, and they make everything really easy. The building is very clean and they keep up with it.  The amenities are great, such as the pool which is a huge plus living down here. The gym has everything I need so I was able to cancel my gym membership. The location is amazing-close to all of my major hot spots such as Wynwood/South Beach and Brickell where I work but still feels like home and it’s not too much. Maintenance is quick to fix things, very kind, and I feel safe living here.
Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Edgewater!

The best building in Miami. It's like living in a Four Seasons. Tiffany, Keelce and Monica are super cute and help you through the entire process. 24 hour security, swimming pool, sauna, gym, coworking room... Thanks to the entire Metro team for their help, especially Sam and his partner (from Cuba, I don't remember his name) :)

If you like waiting 10 minutes for the elevator and wait for the elevator door to close for 2 minutes and shitty WiFi and moldy amenities then this is your place! Also hallways always smell like sewage and paper thin walls hear everything!
