UPDATE: Management fixed everything addr ...
UPDATE: Management fixed everything addressed. I’ve been living here almost three years and while the location is excellent, amenities constantly are OOO such as pelotons in the gym, WiFi in the public areas and one out of the three BBQ’s has worked since I’ve lived here.
Last night was traumatizing and we had another round of glitchy fire alarms going off at random hours of the night which has happened regularly in the last 6 months.
I’ve addressed the Blu27 team smoking in the garage near the entrance to my apartment several times and the lack of empathy with management is astounding. Any time I’ve gone to the front desk to ask a question, I’m told to come back when the property manager is back.
You’d be taking a chance living here, right now, the cons outweigh the pros.

Just moved last week and am loving it. Building is super clean and management is helpful. I love that packages are secure in a lock box that you get a code for. Amenities are great and I love that there is a sauna in the bathroom. Apartment is spacious and modern. Great location and value for price!

I recommend Blu27, it is a very good space to live, quiet, comfortable, very well located, the service has been excellent. Since we discovered the building, Jonathan has made everything much easier, he is very kind and attentive.
