My boyfriend and I just moved to this apartment building from out of state and we could not be happier with the location, amenities, and friendly staff! Lauren was crucial in helping us find our apartment by sending us multiple videos and answering our various questions throughout the leasing and move in process. The maintenance staff are awesome and respond to requests within 24 hours. We are so pleased with our decision to live at Blu27!

One of the best apartments that I have lived in, people are so nice and welcoming. They have a community Whatsapp group where you can get lots of information and sociaze . Plenty of amenities, including a beautiful pool, well-maintained and the cleanest apartments I have ever seen. The  gym is so big and has all the necessary equipment, however, it's not much crowded and the apartment is located un best location. With plenty of walkable restaurants and hotels. you can walk to midtown and Wynwood has lots of bars and clubs. It's supposed to be the most happening area from Thursday night till Sunday. Icon Bay Park is nearby, you can walk with your dog there. Everything is near you and whatever you need you can get. Downtown is hardly a 10-minute drive away and the most touristic South Beach is 15-minutes eaway.
There is also a roof on the 6th floor, you can barbecue there and enjoy the stunning view of downtown and to the left you can see the ocean bay.
And one the more thing, the staffs are so professional, if  anything fixing in the apartments, you just need to put in an application and they will just come within one day.

We visited the Blue27 property for rental purposes, and we had a great experience while visiting theis property. The associate Jonathan who showed us the property was very helpful and courteous,  explaining all the details. The property itself is spotless and perfect with all the amenities you need. We recommend renting living there. The location is also perfect.

Lauren is a great friendly staff at Blu27 who makes sure all questions and concerns are answered.

Just a quick note to express my gratitude for the fantastic living experience.  The staff, especially Lauren Restrepo, is exceptional - always prompt and friendly. Maintenance is efficient and amenities are top-notch! Highly recommend!
