Miami Plaza

My lender car was towed from my assigned parking space the day I arrived with this vehicle from a sixth floor. The management office was closed at the time of my arrival. I identified my self as the tenant and told to both security persons that my car was a lender given to me that same day by the car dealer. The security guard did not offer a temporary permit. I used my beeper to enter the parking lot and parked my car in my assigned parking space.  I went the very next morning to the management office to get a parking permit. To my surprise, I was informed that my car was towed that very same night by security ( approx less that an hour after I had the discussion with them) . I have lived for three years in the Miami Plaza as a contract abiding tenant, and I have dealt with all kinds of egregious issues, but i have never filed a formal claim. I believe in due process, communication  and healthy coexistence. These basic social  concepts are non existent in this management.  After over three weeks of filing a request for reimbursement from the management,  my claim was finally denied-twice. Apparently the management is not responsible for physical damages to the car while in the parking area. Even if these physical  damages ( removal of the car) are caused by the landlord or the company representing the landlord itself.

Best building ever !! Never want to move out ! Everybody is so nice including friendly staff and neighbors ! The coffee made by Erlys is amazinnnnnng . She is the best ! Move here you won’t regret !

Moved in about a week ago. Already had a package stolen but all in all the building itself is solid and gets the job done. My biggest issue is the fact that there's dog poop everywhere outside the building. I literally have to keep my head on a swivel as I walk my own dog. Moving from the northeast, I was shocked to hear that people, in general, down here tend to not pick up their dogs waste...but around this building it's really apparent. It's gross; for that reason alone I doubt I resign. If an improvement happens in the coming months, I may reconsider.

180$ a month for valet just for the service to suck this building needs to work on itself big time if I had 1 word to describe this place It would be overpriced this building is the worst of the worst

It's disappointing that the man who manages the main office phone  is neglectful and unprofessional while speaking to me. Poor customer service.

I'm living at this building for 3 years already, there is no better place to live in the area, friendly and knowledge management staff, clean, breathtaking views, family friendly. 0 complaint. Highly recommended
