Good view, decent building. But you can hear EVERYTHING. Including a 5k 3 blocks away with a DJ at 7 am.. I know that’s beyond the building managers control, but more so for the quality of the building itself. Be prepared for noise.

The  Hotel is very clean and cozy, with attentive management, especially Asiel. It’s truly a pleasure to stay here!

I had a great stay here! The managers were amazing—super attentive and friendly. The place was spotless, and you can tell they really care about keeping it clean. The whole vibe was super cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing stay. Plus, the location is fantastic, close to everything. Definitely recommend!

The building is super. Always everything very clean and tidy. In addition, the attention of the Managers is excellent, especially Mr. Eduardo, he is always available and attentive to listen to you. I recommend it!

love this property . been living here since it opened in 2020

I had a contract for a year in one of their apartments, since I arrived the apartment had some parts of the floor damaged, paint details and scratches on the kitchen counter. However, when I moved in I notified them by email. Once the contract was finalized, I received a letter stating that my deposit was not returned in full and they charged me $1,000 with the excuse that I damaged the floor and they had to change it.
I ask them to show me what the damages were, they completely evade me, they did not do the move out inspection with me and therefore have no signature from me. I tried in a thousand ways to make the claim but they never attended me in their offices, only by email.
