Miramar Club Condo

Horrible place to live in especially with the rent they are asking for. Water pipes are old they often burst inside the cheap walls and cause flooding and damage to one’s property. Mold grows rapidly  in that building please check the apartment for water damage especially on the roof caused by neglectful neighbors upstairs. Neighbors upstairs on 203 are very noisy can hear tenants arguing and screaming at late hours of the night, daytime hear various slams from that apartment. I pray for however moves into apt 103 because you’re walking into a legit Hell 🔥🔥

sewage pipe look like it overflowed all over the place and is not the fuss time. First time no clean up i gwen wait to see how long them take to clean this area up

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is rude, your car gets either stolen or your tag for your car gets stolen and instead of putting the money they received to better use they leave tenants with mold everywhere, they will call the cops on you for having guests over at your own house, they tow cars of people who live here, the racism and discrimination is very blatant, they haven't replaces the pipes for these condos since it's been built which leads to more mold and tenants having to put thousands of unnecessary dollars into their homes because of the staffs and condos negligence. In conclusion I would advise you to find some where else to rent this place isnt worth the 2000 dollars.

Needs to be updated! No security! Management office is rude and can be very unprofessional & lets not get into the discrimination that's goes on in that management office.  Every other month one of the condos catches on fire, every other week someone has a leak and lets not mention the Mold all those condos are experiencing. Management  never takes responsibility for anything. The parking lot is always dirty. people leave trash on the floor & next to cars. Tires get slashed , broken into, almost everyone has a ring camera on their doors due to the crime there.

Very quiet and safe place to live.

Went to drop my granddaughter off, and this place is really a great community to live in, very well kept.
