You buy your house and it's not yours it's the association. They dictates to you on what not to do no family members allow to stay more than a month,otherwise it's a fee .association fee more than our mortgage parking lot flood after rain.

I called to inquire about renting a condominium. The first lady was kind and patient and directed me to customer service about my question. Whoever you all put in management needs to be trained on patience and how to talk to people who are simply asking questions. The women who was apart of the management team was very rude, aloof, and dismissive of me. If they knew that they weren't a rental place they shouldn't have directed me to this very rude management team. Please, train your management team better. The only reason I put two stars is because the first women I spoke to was kind.

Noisy Construction almost every morning around 7:30 for the past couple months, at this point I’m convinced they’re building an imaginary house. Been paying for a pool fee for years even though it didn’t officially open until not too long before Covid then it got shut down and never reopened.

I don't live here but security is nice and the president Is very nice
