Nice building, rooms are a good size. Owner is very nice and responsive to maintenance matters. Is this a "luxury" apartment??? NO it is not, it's just a decent building with good maintenance. There are NO amenities and it's not even pet friendly, no ceiling fans in the bedrooms., naked light bulbs in the bedrooms, washer and dryer in the unit is a plus but there is nothing that makes this a luxury apartment, just an expensive place to live.

Cats and raccoons in the parking lot. Cobwebs throughout the entire exterior of the building. Management has made promises of "works in progress" such as keyed access to parking lot gate, ceiling fans and general maintenance since the grand opening of the location. Promises have yet to be fulfilled. One benefit is that the young gentleman means well, troubleshoots, and is normally available. Growth potential in the location as well as management
