I'd love to send my regards to the 5th Avenue concierge team. It was a delight to have run into the concierge, Dhestyne for assistance with navigation in the area. Since Downtown Miami is a popular and fast-paced location, it was a pleasure to have some assistance from someone who is familiar with the area. If you are considering moving or in search for your next new home, I think it is especially nice to know that you will always have the help of the Concierge/ Maintenance Team!

We moved in about 6 months ago and it has been great so far! Great amenities, good maintenance and we definitely recommend working with Gustavo from the leasing office! He has been on top of everything since day 1, he was very kind during the visits, had the patience to show us all the options, and because we were in California it was not easy for us to deal with the process but he helped us in many ways.

Love the building, the pool is great, the gym is really good, the location is amazing, you can walk everywhere. A lot of restaurants, bars, shopping stores, parks and even a movie theater.

Prime location between downtown and the city of brickell. Love the building, they’ve added more equipment to gym and upgrading sauna. My favorite concierge is Dhestyne! She is super sweet and really helpful. I’ve been a resident for about a year and she has been my favorite of all time. I love her!

My husband and i just moved here last week, and we are thoroughly enjoying our new spot in downtown Miami. Monarc truly had everything we were looking for; from the amenities to the location, we could not ask for more.  Not to mention their staff, they are amazing! We only had a week and a half to find a place and move in and Gustavo and Garrett truly made it happen, such a pleasure working with both of them. We did have a few problems at first with our packages. But our move was made much easier thanks to the incredible support and dedication of the concierge staff from 5th ave company in particularly to Dhestyne, who have been instrumental in ensuring that all our deliveries are received without any issues.  Thank you guys, for all your hard work!
